Hi, I’m Lesley – and I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen.
I created Sweet Sounds Wellness as a space for energy-sensitive souls to reconnect with their own healing power. With qualifications in Reiki and Sound Healing, I combine gentle, grounded practices with a heart-led approach – especially for those navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, energetic fatigue, or times of transition.
Every session is personalised, trauma-aware, and supportive of where you are right now – no expectations, no judgment. Just a quiet space to land and let go.

Gentle energy work for emotional and energetic balance
Reiki is a hands-on (or hands-off) technique that supports your body’s natural ability to heal. It can help reduce stress, fatigue, and energy blockages.

Vibrational medicine to relax your nervous system
Using singing bowls and other sound instruments, this non-invasive therapy helps shift stagnant energy and promote deep relaxation.

Not Just a Treatment - A Return to Self
01 - Settle: Creating the Space
Before we begin any healing, we start by settling in. You’ll be welcomed into a calm, grounding environment – free from judgement, expectations, or overwhelm.
We begin with a gentle check-in to see what’s showing up for you today – physically, emotionally, or energetically. There’s no rush, just presence.
Whether you’re new to this or well-versed in energy work, this first step allows your nervous system to soften and your mind to feel safe. It’s your moment to arrive fully.
02 - Soothe: The Session
Once you’re ready, we move into the heart of the session – tailored specifically for your needs that day. This may include:
Sound healing with singing bowls to shift energetic blocks
Reiki to balance and realign your body’s natural energy flow
Gentle guidance, breath awareness, or silence – whatever you need
You’ll simply lie back, relax, and allow your body to receive. It’s not about doing – it’s about being supported, exactly as you are.
This is the part where most clients feel the deepest calm they’ve experienced in a long time.
03 - Reconnect: Integration & Reflection
After the session, we take a few quiet moments to ground and gently reflect. You’ll have the option to share what came up, or simply take space to let the work settle in.
Integration is just as sacred as the session itself. It’s where the insights land, the shifts unfold, and your healing continues beyond the room.
I may offer gentle guidance, practices to take home, or simply a warm send-off – whatever feels right. You leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected with your own inner wisdom.
At Sweet Sounds Wellness, every session is part of a meaningful journey inward. There’s no pressure to be or feel a certain way here. Just a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.
